Signal Park Daventry: MPH completed all groundwork’s on this 16 unit development in daventry for Warwick Burt Construction LTD. The groundworks package was complex with some areas being piled, and most of the site being lime engineered fill. Over 2 km of services and 4 km of drainage. MPH thrived on the complexity of this site and finished the project on time and in budget as always .
Integral Powertrain: MPH completed the full groundworks package with Warwick Burt Construction as main contractor on this state of the art industrial unit /office, on behalf Integral Powertrain LTD in MK.
Tugby: MPH completed the groundworks package on houses in Tugby for Hallam Read Construction LTD. The site was very Challenging with restricted access and constant ground water issues but as always the MPH team tirelessly continued to bring the project in on time and in budget.
Northampton Saints Training Facility: MPH completed the groundworks package on Northampton Saints 5G High Performance indoor training facility at Franklin Gardens with Warwick Burt Construction as main contractor. The foundations were auger piled with steel cage pile caps and ring beams, the sub base for the indoor pitch was leveled to within +\- 3mm ready for the hybrid 5G pitch to be laid. MPH are massive Leicester Tigers fans so this was a bitter sweet contract to have won, but we really enjoyed it!
New Carpark at bells Volvo Northampton: MPH completed a new carpark comprising of 42 extra large parking space's for Bells Motor Group in Northampton.
in order to form this carpark an old warehouse had to be demolished and the ground remidiated.
on this project we also installed a new substation alongside Western power , this was to power 2 X DC car chargers and a handful of AC car chargers. this allowing Bells Motor Group to move forward with their NET ZERO plans
Award winning Bull In the Oak at Market Bosworth: MPH completed the groundworks package on Bull In The Oak Market Bosworth, this award winning development was built by Hallam Read Construction. This was a very exciting project and was built to the highest of specification with the highest standards of workmanship. Well done to everyone involved !
Tilton Manor: MPH completed the groundworks package on the full refurb of Tilton manor house for Hallam Read Construction. The indoor pool (pictured) was a fantastic addition to an already remarkable property. Well done to all involved in saving this outstanding piece of local History .
Bewitched Coffee Northampton: MPH completed the groundworks package on this 4 unit project in Northampton for Warwick Burt Construction. Bewitched coffee occupies 1 unit with its very own Drive Thru (pictured) this was a great project to be involved in.
Barrow Upon Soar: MPH completed the full groundworks package on this 4 Bungalow Project for Hallam Read Construction. These plots were finished to a very High standard.
Bells Motor Group Bedford: MPH completed the groundworks on the full refurbishment of Bells Motor Group's Volvo showroom In Bedford. This also included a new substation working with UK Power Networks to power 2X DC car chargers and numerous AC chargers, this allowing Bells Motor Group to Charge forward with their NET ZERO Plans.
